“Joe, I just want to pass along that yesterday at our house the Carbon Monoxide detector kept going off. I followed the instructions from the manufacturer, turned off all appliances and the furnace and let fresh air in the house. Nothing worked. The alarm just kept going off. My wife and the kids were very upset. We tried to get in touch with National Grid and, well, that is impossible. I then decied to call your emergency number. I spoke to Josh. He went through everything with me over the phone and then came to the house about 30 minutes after the call. He was simply great. He went through the entire house with your high tech carbon monoxide detector and found 0 levels throughout. He was very thorough and extremely pleasant to deal with. His diagnosis is that out home detector is faulty. I think he is right. The thing is 10 years old and should be replaced. He said that we should replace it and afterwards if we still have problems call you for another diagnostic service.

My wife and I were very impressed with him, and with children in the home it was very reassuring to know that we could call your number and have someone appear so quickly and perform such thorough and professional services.
